  • To view detailed course information, click on the course title.
  • To purchase a course, scroll down the course list and click the purchase icon.
  • To complete your purchased course, scroll down the course list and click on the play icon.
  • To obtain your certificate, scroll down the course list and click on the cerificate icon.
  • Click on a title to view information for that course.
  • Select Video courses only if you have high speed internet access. If you are using dial-up, select only Audio courses.
  • If there is a date displayed to the right of the course, it will no longer be available after that date.
  • Please complete all segments prior to the deactivation date.
  • If you are redeeming a credit coupon(s), purchase (select) just one course at a time and proceed to checkout.
  • You may only use Windows Internet Explorer 6 or better as your web browser to successfully complete the seminar.

There are three types of courses offered — Audio, Video and Text. You will see the symbol for the type of course near the course name.

The status of the course depends on whether you have purchased the course. Once you have purchased the course and until you have finished all the segments, the course is in session.

Certain options are available to you once you have completed the course. You may also enter questions or comments into the bulletin board for the course moderator and other peers to read. It is always a good idea to print your certificate for your personal records, however upon completion the certifying authority for your state should already be notified of your course completion. If you have completed the course segments but have not yet submitted an evalution, click on the evaluation icon.

There may be a course end date displayed. This is the last day the course will be offered. After that date the course will no longer be avaible. Please be sure to have completed all course segments, read all online materials and printed your certificate before the course end date, as you will not be able to access the course.

Please complete all segments and print your certificate of attendance before the deactivation date. The course will no longer be available after that date.
