Help

There are two types of courses offered — Audio and Video. You will see the symbol for the type of course near the course name.

A DSL or broadband internet connection is recommended in order to view video courses. If you have a 56K modem you may experience some delays while the information is being buffered.

Once you have found a course you would like to order, click on the "Purchase" icon in the Status column.

Once you have purchased a course, click on the "View Courses" button and navigate back to the course. The Status of the course should now be "Listen/View". Click on this button to start the course.

After you have completed the course, you may enter questions or comments into the bulletin board for the course moderator and other peers to read. All questions submitted will be answered.

To receive MCLE credit for a course you have finished, navigate to the purchased course. Click on the "Certificate" button in the Options column of the completed course to generate your MCLE certificate. Print the certificate, fill it out, sign it and fax it to the number indicated on the certificate.

There may be a course end date displayed in the End Date column. This is the last day the course will be offered. After that date the course will no longer be avaible. Please be sure to have completed all course segments, read all online materials and printed your certificate before the course end date, as you will not be able to access the course.

Please complete all segments and print your certificate of attendance before the deactivation date. The course will no longer be available after that date.
Gratz College CLE Online is made possible by the financial support of Barbara and Edward Zinbarg.
