Audio/video streaming technology works quite well most of the time. For audio streaming an Internet connection speed of 56 Kbps or higher is recommended. For video streaming the connection should be at least 100 Kbps. This speed is usually achievable by using a cable or DSL modem or through your office network if it has a high-speed Internet connection.
No matter what the speed of your connection, the stream may be interrupted occasionally because of Internet congestion, especially during peak usage periods. If an interruption occurs, simply wait for the audio/video to continue. If you experience continued interruptions, please return to the course at a later time. If you have downloaded Windows Media Player and are having problems getting it to work, go to the General Information page and click on "click here for Windows Media Player" for configuration information.

| What do I need to do to complete my course and receive CLE credit? |
| After you have completed the last segment of your online course, click the "Finished Course" button. THEN, to receive Tennessee CLE credit, you must COMPLETE the EXAM and EVALUATION BEFORE your couse will be submitted for CLE credit to the Tennessee Commission on CLE and Specialization by the Nashville Bar Association. Your answers to the exam questions do not affect receipt of CLE credit.
PRINT your CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION for your records. |
| How do I receive credit for a completed course? |
| When you finish the entire course process (including the completion of the exam and evaluaiton), the Nashville Bar Association will report the CLE hours for your completed course to the Tennessee Commision on CLE and Specialization within 30 days of course completion. This reporting schedule exceeds the Tennessee Commission reporting requirements for CLE sponsors.
