There are two types of courses offered — “Presentation” and “Journal Article.” Presentation courses deliver audio and video content in Adobe Flash format, and supplemental materials in Adobe PDF format. Journal articles deliver content in Adobe PDF format.

You will need Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view these materials. If these programs are not currently installed, use these links to download them for free from the Adobe Web site: Adobe Flash Player download or Adobe Reader download.

A high-speed Internet connection is recommended in order to view video courses. Please note - if you have a slower connection you may experience some delays while the information is being buffered.

To purchase a course, click on the “Purchase” icon next to the course title.

When you have completed your course and are ready to take the CE exam, click on “Take Exam” in the Options column next to the course title. Once you have successfully completed the exam, a “Certificate” icon will also appear in the Options column – use this to view and print your certificate of completion, for sending to your state licensing board.

There may be a course “End Date” displayed next to a course title. This is the day on which the course will no longer be available. Please be sure to complete all courses, read all online materials, and print your certificate BEFORE the course end date.
