PLTI has been in existence for over twenty-five years as a non-profit corporation organized to provide continuing education to land title and real estate professionals.
This welcome page will provide:
- General information on how to receive CE or CLE credits for courses

To receive CE credits as a licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent
- If you wish to receive CE credits, be sure to complete the state license information when you register. If this information is not provided, you will not receive the credits!
- Download and print all course materials, including the affidavit of course completion.
- You must listen to each segment in its entirety before you can advance to the next section. However, once you have viewed a complete section, you may go back through the completed section(s). You also must complete all segments before you can take the exam.
- When you have completed a segment, click on the Next Segment button.
- In order to receive Pennsylvania CE credit for an online course, the PA Department of Insurance requires the student to take a proctored examination. DON’T BE AFRAID OF THIS EXAMINATION – IF YOU HAVE LISTENED TO THE INFORMATION YOU SHOULD EASILY PASS!
- After completing all course segments, take the examination and have it proctored by a disinterested third party. Your completed test will be instantly graded online, providing immediate feedback.
- Sign the affidavit of course completion and have the exam proctor sign it as well.
- Fax the signed affidavit to PLTI at 610-265-5998
- Upon receipt of the affidavit and verification of passing the exam and of completion of the course, PLTI will issue a Course Completion Certificate to the student.

TO RECEIVE CLE CREDITS AS A LICENSED PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY
- PLTI online is an accredited provider for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board.
- You must register and provide us with your attorney license number.
- If you wish to receive CLE credits, be sure to complete the state license information when you register. If this information is not provided, you will not receive the credits!
- You must listen to each segment in its entirety before you can advance to the next section. However, once you have viewed a completed section you may go back through the completed section(s).
- When all sections have been completed you may print a course completion certificate.
- You must download the form Request to Forward CLE Credits from the “Materials” section.
- You must complete and sign the form and FAX it to PLTI at 610-265-5998.
- PLTI will then forward your credits to the PA CLE Board.

- If you are also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent and need CE credits for this course, follow the directions under “To receive credits as a licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent.
