Downloading materials:

You may download the written materials in "outline format" for this course in several word processing formats by clicking on the hyperlinks in the right hand column. The written materials may also be viewed on the screen when you click on the segment, and may be printed at that time using your browser's print function.

Audio/Video Files:

Audio streaming technology works quite well most of the time. The stream may be interrupted occasionally because of Internet congestion, especially during peak usage periods. If an interruption occurs, simply wait for the audio to continue. If you experience multiple or lengthy interruptions, make sure your connection speed is at least 56 Kbps. If you still experience such interruptions, please return to the course at a later time. If you have downloaded Real Audio and are having problems getting it to work, click here for configuration information.

All courses may be printed for your use during the course or for reference after you have completed it. Additionally, written materials may be viewed while listening and/or viewing our audio and video courses.
