Does your service come with a testing component to verify that a registrant actually read or watched an online seminar?

Yes, EON! has a testing component. Your organization submits the test and answers on a data file, and EON! uploads that data. In addition, the test is built so that you let us know how many correct (or what percent) the user must achieve in order to pass. The system can be built to allow the user to take the exam as many times as you would like (until they pass). Once the user has passed, he/she will then receive a “successful” notice. The user will then be allowed to access/print out his/her certificate. Again, this depends on the desired functionality, but we can design and implement it based on your needs.

Does your organization allow co-branding of the site so users feel like they are actually taking our organization’s CE seminar?

Absolutely! EON! will build the online course site seamlessly, and your courses will be the only courses offered on this site. By giving you your own site, your organization maintains its identity/individuality. No other organization’s courses will be competing against you, advertising or offering programs on your site. We at EON! believe this feature to be extremely advantageous to our partners, and a feature that sets us apart from most, if not all, of our competitors.

Does your service offer the ability to see a transcript of courses taken by an individual member?

Yes, EON! has a fantastic administrative package/tool to review individual transcripts along with many other features. This allows you to edit material, send mass emails from the database, create online discounts, run reports (to find out detailed information about your revenue, view all purchases/total receipts, list participants’ names, course(s) purchased, number of courses taken within any time frame, etc. You may also review which participants have “completed” the course successfully. The package also offers details as to how many courses/participants have taken a particular course, information about the users, etc.).

EON! has implemented many other types of features that will benefit you and your participants. There is the auto-generated email that is sent to your company and the participant once a participant has successfully registered with the system, purchased a course, or after successfully completing a course. Some other features include the “Forgot Your Password”, “Edit User Profile”, “ Expiration Date”, and “Icon” features, along with the above mentioned administration features.
