Candi is Midwest Underwriting Counsel for Agents National Title Insurance Company. Candi attended Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a degree in Public Administration in 2004. She graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. Immediately following graduation she spent two years in private practice in Des Moines for a law firm dealing primarily in electronic discovery for hospitals throughout Iowa and Georgia. Candi is a member of the Iowa Bar and joined Fidelity National Title Group as Claims Counsel in Omaha in 2009. Candi transferred to Fidelity’s Central States Agency underwriting office in Kansas City in 2013 and was promoted to State Underwriting Counsel in 2017. She assisted agents in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa with their underwriting needs. Candi was the 2013-2014 co-recipient of the Young Title Person of the Year Award presented by the Missouri Land Title Association, the 2016 recipient of the Young Title Person of the Year Award presented by the Kansas Land Title Association and the 2018 Missouri Land Title Association Title Person of the Year, honoring her contributions to the title industry. Candi has also received the American Land Title Association National Title Professional designation as well as the Missouri Title Professional and Kansas Title Professional designations. Candi is licensed in the State of Iowa.
