Before purchasing a program, please test your system by participating in one of the Demo programs.
You must have Windows Media Player installed on your computer to participate in online seminars. To test your audio/video streaming capabilities click here.
Audio/video streaming technology works quite well most of the time. For audio streaming an Internet connection speed of 56 Kbps or higher is recommended. For video streaming the connection should be at least 100 Kbps. This speed is usually achievable by using a cable or DSL modem or through your office network if it has a high-speed Internet connection. No matter what the speed of your connection, the stream may be interrupted occasionally because of Internet congestion, especially during peak usage periods. If an interruption occurs, simply wait for the audio/video to continue. If you experience continued interruptions, please return to the course at a later time. If you have downloaded Windows Media Player and are having problems getting it to work, click here for Windows Media Player for configuration information.
Written materials may be printed in advance for your use during the course or may be viewed while listening to and/or viewing our courses. Materials are provided in PDF format. You must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the written materials. The written materials are located at a Tab at the top of the window of the seminar after you have purchased it.
