In the initial discovery process, our functional experts work with your staff to understand your goals and objectives and create an online program plan accordingly.
EON! designs a custom site with E-commerce, facilitating participants registration, course study, and certification. Our technical team provides all of the necessary up front architecture design and testing. We also provide the servers, program the certificate of attendance for participants, build a bulletin board, and implement the test feature (see below).
EON! prepares your seminars by segmenting the courses. For example, if a participant were listening to, or viewing a course, and wanted to pause and return to the course later, or if they were disconnected from the Internet, they could come back by pressing the Return to Course button. They would immediately be brought back to the segment where they left off. Everything is time tracked/stamped in our database, which makes it very difficult for a participant to cheat.
Our technical support staff provides server administration 24/7 and our help desk is also available 24/7. When we say 24/7, we mean 24/7. In fact, we respond to all calls (and have most issues resolved) within 10 minutes from the original time of the call (weekends and holidays, too!).
