Your course can be online with no up-front costs! Plus you can add as many online courses as you like.
Recognizing variations in state CE regulations governing online CE accreditation, we offer our partners several technical options to accommodate state-specific regulations. In addition, our online CE classes can be customized to incorporate our CE partner’s preference and level of comfort with different delivery mechanisms.
EON! will build the online course site seamlessly, and your courses will be the only courses offered on this site. By giving you your own site, your organization maintains its identity/individuality. No other organization's courses will be competing against you, advertising, or offering programs on your site. We at EON! believe this feature to be extremely advantageous to our partners.
We are experts at editing raw footage and compressing audio/video for use in web-based environments. The digitizing team maintains all audio transcoded files and provides back-up onto CDR. The files are stored for the period of the client's contract.
EON! has a testing component. Your organization submits the test and answers on a data file, and EON! uploads that data. In addition, the test is built so that you let us know how many correct (or what %) the user must achieve in order to pass. The system can be built to allow the user to take the exam as many times as you would like (until they pass). Once the user has passed, he/she will then receive a "successful" notice (as will your organization). The user will then be allowed to access/print out his/her certificate.
EON! has a powerful administrative tool that reviews individual transcripts, edits material, sends mass emails, creates online discounts, runs reports, as well as many other features.
Through our partnership with Verisign, we can verify and process all credit card transactions online in a very secure fashion. Through EON!’s extranet system, our CE partners can also void the transaction and refund the participant. Once processed, all transactions are directly credited in our CE partner’s bank account. The entire process is done using SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) protocol to promote the maximum level of security.
When a participant purchases one of your courses, that money is directly deposited into YOUR bank account.
EON! provides full technical support for our online CE service. In addition to extensive Help feature built into our application, participants can reach our technical support representative via our Online Customer Services Module, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In fact, we respond to all calls (and have most issues resolved) within 10 minutes from the original time of the call (weekends and holidays, too!)
