General State Bar Filing Instructions
1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit. If you are licensed in more than one state,
print a certificate for each state. Use the drop down menu to select each state.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Follow reporting procedures for your state bar.

Delaware

1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Place the completed form in your personal CLE file as your record of having
completed this one-hour CLE course
TRT, Inc. will report your attendance electronically to the Delaware Commission on
Continuing Legal Education during the first two weeks of the month following your
course completion.
(If the attorney attends the course as make-up
coursework for a past reporting period, the attorney must file notice of completion with
the CLE Commission within the required deadlines. TRT's report will confirm this
information but cannot substitute for attorney filing requirements.)
AL, GA, IN, OK, SC

1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Place the completed form in your personal CLE file as your record of having completed this one-hour CLE course
TRT, Inc. will report your attendance electronically during the first two
weeks of the month following your course completion.
Ohio
- All credit earned under Gov. Bar R. X, Regulation 409, is self-study credit.
- Gov. Bar R. X and the CCLE Regulations state that an Attorney or Judge may earn
no more that six hours of self-study CLE credit during any biennial reporting period.
- Upon completion of each seminar, download and complete the certificate of completion for
your personal CLE file.
TRT will report your attendance electronically to the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education
during the first two weeks of the month following your course completion.
Pennsylvania

1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Place the completed form in your personal CLE file as your record of having completed
this one-hour CLE course.
TRT, Inc. will report your attendance electronically to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board during the first two weeks of the month following your
course completion.
Tennessee

1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Place the completed form in your personal CLE file as your record of having completed
this one-hour CLE course.
TRT, Inc. will report your attendance electronically to the Tennessee Commission on
Continuing Legal Education and Specialization during the first two weeks of the month following your
course completion.
Texas

1. Print a copy of the Certificate of Credit.
2. Fill-out and complete the information requested on the form.
3. Place the completed form in your personal CLE file as your record of having completed this
one-hour CLE course. You will receive participatory credit.
TRT, Inc. will report your attendance electronically to the The Texas State Bar during the first two weeks of the month following your
course completion.
Texas Bar requires that attorneys also report CLE compliance.
In order to avoid a penalty fee, Texas Bar must receive your report by the last day of your birth month. Compliance may be reported
