  • The Virginia Mandatory CLE rules prevent you from claiming credits for the same course taken in two successive years. You can claim credit in one year only.
  • You may only obtain Virginia MCLE credit for online seminars and live Webcasts once per purchase.
  • We recommend that you use Windows Internet Explorer 6 or higher as your web browser to successfully complete the seminar.
  • Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility Note: Our AUDIO courses may be incompatible with Internet Explorer 8. Please review the instructions when viewing your course for more details. Our video courses should play correctly with IE8.
  • No refund will be given once you have completed a course -- regardless of whether you chose to report credit or not.
  • The End Date column (to the right of the Fee column) contains the date a course is scheduled for deactivation. Courses will not be available for viewing after that date.
  • PLEASE NOTE: On-Demand online courses purchased AFTER July 31, 2011 will be available for viewing by the purchaser for six months from the date of purchase (unless they are removed from the site before that date).
  • PLEASE NOTE: On-Demand online courses purchased BEFORE August 1, 2011 will be available for viewing by the purchaser until February 1, 2012 (unless they are removed from the site before that date).

A DSL or high-speed modem is recommended in order to view video courses. Please note - if you have a 56K modem you may experience some delays while the information is being buffered.

Click on the purchase icon to add a course to your cart.

There are two types of courses offered — Audio and Video. You will see the symbol for the type of course to the left of the course name.

The status of a course is only displayed after you have logged into the site. The status depends on whether you have purchased the course. After purchasing you may click the Listen/View button in the status column to launch the course.

There may be a course end date displayed. This is the last day the course will be offered. After that date the course will no longer be available. Please be sure to have completed all course segments, read all online materials and printed your certificate before the course end date, as after that day you will not be able to access the course. If you need a certificate for a course that you completed but that has been removed, please call Virginia CLE at 800-979-8253.

Certain options are available to you once you have completed the course. You may enter questions or comments into the bulletin board for the course moderator and other peers to read. You may print your certificate for your personal records and submit it to the Virginia MCLE Board using the information at the top of the certificate.

Please complete all segments and print your certificate of attendance before the deactivation date. The course will no longer be available after that date.
